This tropical twist on classic tiramisu layers creamy mascarpone, airy whipped cream, and juicy mango puree for a light, fruity dessert that feels like sunshine in every bite. Soft ladyfingers are dipped in a mango–orange liqueur mixture, then stacked with velvety mango cream and chilled until perfectly set. Finished with fresh mango roses and mint, it’s an elegant, no-bake treat that’s as stunning as it is refreshing.

Preparation

  1. Beat the mascarpone in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1½ cups of the mango puree. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form and the mixture is thick and airy, 3–5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Stir together the mango nectar and orange liqueur in a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mixture, coating both sides without soaking through.
  3. Arrange a single layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Spread half of the mango mascarpone cream evenly on top. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 12 hours, until the layers are set.
  5. Just before serving, arrange 8–10 slices of the sliced mango in a slightly overlapping line; roll them tightly into a spiral. Repeat until you have 3 mango roses.
  6. Pour the remaining 1 cup mango puree evenly over the top of chilled tiramisu. Garnish with the mango roses and mint leaves.
  7. Cut into slices, and serve.
  8. Enjoy!
