Ingredients

Salted Caramel Bark:

  • 1 (4-ounce) dark chocolate bar
  • 3 Pretzel twists, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon butterscotch chips
  • ½ teaspoon gold candy sprinkles
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Gingersnap Bark:

  • 1 (4-ounce) milk chocolate bar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed gingersnap cookies
  • 1 tablespoon miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon holiday candy sprinkles

Peppermint Bark:

  • 1 (4-ounce) white chocolate bar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peppermint candy
  • 1 tablespoon miniature green and red candy-coated chocolate candies
  • 1 teaspoon candy cane sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the 3 chocolate bars on the baking sheet, placing them as close together as possible. Bake until glossy and almost fully melted, 5–7 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven. Immediately add the toppings to each bar while the chocolate is still soft: top the dark chocolate with pretzels, caramel sauce, butterscotch chips, gold sprinkles, and flaky salt; top the milk chocolate with crushed gingersnaps, mini marshmallows, and holiday sprinkles; and top the white chocolate with crushed peppermint, candy-coated chocolates, and candy cane sprinkles. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator, and chill until fully firm, about 1 hour.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator. Break the bark into pieces, and serve. Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or the freezer for up to 6 months.
