Preparation

  1. Stir together the flour, yogurt, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until evenly combined and a soft dough forms. Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface. Knead gently for 3–5 minutes, just until the dough becomes smooth and pliable, adding more flour 1 tablespoon at a time if the dough is too sticky.
  2. Dust the dough surface again with flour, and roll the dough out into a rough rectangle about 12x16 inches.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, stir together the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl until evenly combined. Using an offset spatula or a butter knife, spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly across the dough all the way to the edges.
  4. Starting from a short edge, roll the dough up tightly. Trim off the uneven outer ends, then cut the log evenly into 7 (1½-inch) pieces.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Coat a 7-inch round baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish with 1 roll in the center and 6 rolls around the sides.
  6. Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket, and cook for 7–10 minutes, until the tops are golden and the centers are cooked through.
  7. Stir together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
  8. While still warm, drizzle the glaze over the tops of the rolls. Let cool slightly, about 5 minutes. Serve.
  9. Enjoy!
